Booking Terms and Conditions

(Terms apply to all Bookings)

 

Article I.  Booking Fees

Section 1.01  Bookings are only confirmed once the booking fee has been paid. Bookings are only finalised upon booking confirmation being received.

Section 1.02 Booking Fee is paid by BACS Transfer or via Pay Pal. Booking Fee is

NON RE-FUNDABLE once paid.

 

Article II.  Cancellation Policy

Section 2.01  Any cancellations or notified changes must be made at least 7 days prior to the date of event/function. If you fail to cancel your booking before this date you will be charged the full amount. This might be wavered in extreme circumstances. 

 

Article III.  Equipment

Section 3.01  The customer is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by any person at your event/function. You will be charged for the full cost of any repairs, or replacements required. You will be advised of any damage as soon as it is caused. Under extreme conditions, we will take legal action to recover such losses.

 

Article IV.  Safety

Section 4.01  Our DJs/Team do not tolerate violent, aggressive or abusive behaviour from anyone under any circumstances. 

Section 4.02  We reserve the right to withdraw from the function without penalty if our DJs/Team are subjected to violent, aggressive or abusive behaviour of any kind.

Section 4.03 We also reserve the right to terminate our services without penalty at any time that our DJs/Team feel their personal safety is under threat.  

Section 4.04  We do not take responsibility for ejecting any unwanted/unruly persons from any venue/function. You will be advised of any problems that our DJs/Team may have in this respect with any of your guests. 

Section 4.05  We reserve the right to withdraw from functions without penalty if we deem it unsafe to travel due to inclement weather conditions. This also applies to any other situation outside our control.  We reserve the right to substitute DJ or Disco/Entertainments/packages if there are situations beyond our control.  

Section 4.06  Disco Insomnia do not tolerate aggressive or abusive/obstructive behaviour from "The Customers" venue staff or venue management/Owners. Any issues or incidents will be brought to the attention of “The Customer" and it is "The Customers" responsibility to deal with any issues or incidents. If for any reason a resolution cannot be negotiated, Disco Insomnia DJs/Team reserve the right to withdraw from the package/function without penalty.

 

Article V.  Services

Section 5.01  In the unlikely event if for any reason you (The Customer or The person who booked and finalised the package) are unhappy with the service this needs to be brought to the attention of the DJ/Team member on the date and time of service by the person who booked and finalised the package.

Section 5.02  All pictures used on this website are for illustration purposes and actual equipment used may vary depending on stock levels and venue limitations and requirements.

 

Article VI. Access

Section 6.01 Access to venue to setup is  "The customers" responsibility to arrange , our DJs/Team are not responsible for negotiating access with the venue, as  "The customer" it is vital you ensure access to venue at required times is available to The DJs/Team so they may set up for the required start time. Disco Insomnia is not liable for any penalty due to access issues or late start due to access issues.
